Spiritual growth is not linear. Many times we grow when we are faced with day-to-day life challenges & struggles. We believe that being connected to God's word & connected with other women in strong relationships is the best way to grow in our faith. 

As children of the most High God we ought to look and feel our best daily. In this small group we will talk about what the scripture says about being healthy.

We will explore how to achieve optimal health by making small changes that are backed by scripture. We will look at areas such as sleep, stress, what we eat, get up and get moving (exercise), and other kingdom tips on getting healthy and maintaining health so that we may effectively walk in our God given purpose.

This group is best suited for anyone who wants to take small steps on a larger journey to good health.  

We believe all marriages need to be surrounded with a healthy and flourishing community, or what we call Small Groups. These groups meet regularly to study the Bible, pray for one another, and provide the opportunity to hang out and build relationships.

Our small groups are unique in that they are intended specifically for married couples to learn and grow in their marriages along with other married couples.

We gather as men to talk about the things we all face as men and equip each other to win the battles of life. You don't have to be a member of The Park to come, it is open to all. Topics range from marriage, raising our children, finances, and our daily walk with Christ. The word is powerful, the camaraderie is needed, and the impact is life changing.

This small group is reared towards anyone who desires to learn more about prayer and set their prayer life ablaze. Prayer is one of the most powerful tools that God has given to us believers to strategically combat the enemy during spiritual warfare and commune with him daily.

God lets us know in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 that we are to pray always, never ceasing. Our prayers carry weight when spoken according to the word of God, in the will of God and guided by the spirit of God.
